Know Your Numbers (2nd – 8th September)

This annual campaign aims to identify those who have high blood pressure and encourage them to seek treatment. If you provide the Hypertension Case-finding Service, this is a great opportunity to encourage your patients to get their blood pressure checked while in the pharmacy.

To promote the campaign, Blood Pressure UK have produced a number of materials that you can view and download.
