Why is the PNA important?
The PNA is a statutory document that:

  • Identifies current pharmaceutical services in your local area, highlights gaps and opportunities for new services
  • Ensures fair consideration in future commissioning decisions
  • NHS England and Local Authorities rely on when reviewing applications for new pharmacy contracts or changes to existing services.

Action Required: To ensure your pharmacy is accurately represented, it is essential to complete the PNA survey on PharmOutcomes (10 minutes)
Deadline: 5pm on Friday 7th February 2025
