Contractors are welcome to attend the open part of our committee meetings.
If you would like to attend, please note the following:
- Please let us know 48 hours in advance so we can make arrangements and ensure you have access. Email janice@cpgm.org.uk
- If you wish to raise a point at the meeting, please submit this 48 hours before the meeting to janice@cpgm.org.uk. We will then contact you to discuss this and agree timings for any item you wish to bring up
- There will be a closed session as part of the meeting which contractors are not allowed to be present at. Please refer to the agenda for timings.
- The Chair or a member of the team will direct seating arrangements. Observers will generally be seated around the outside of the room.
