Our Comms are Changing

As part of our rebrand to CPGM, we have made changes to our website and our communication channels based on your feedback from our pharmacy visits and our 2023 engagement survey.

Welcome to our new website

Over the past few months we have been working to redesign our website. During our pharmacy visits we have heard that sometimes information can be hard to find and that the search function isn’t always effective.

Therefore, we’ve redesigned our main menus and grouped together key information based on our most queried topics to make these easy to find.

We’ve also improved our search box and incorporated search suggestions to help you navigate to topical or useful information e.g. Pharmacy First, Smartcard Access and much more.

Changes to our newsletters

We understand how pressurised working in community pharmacy is and how difficult it can be to keep up to date with everything that’s changing. To support you we’re streamlining our newsletters and from Monday 15th April you’ll receive:

  • Pharmacy Contract updates on Mondays
  • Services and Training updates on Thursdays.

To help support the wellbeing of your and your team, from May onwards, we will also be producing a dedicated Wellbeing newsletter on the first Wednesday of every month. You will receive a Spotlight On update on each of the other Wednesdays throughout the month.

By grouping similar updates together we hope to help communicate to you in a clear and concise manner, reduce your workload and make it easier for you to identify the updates most relevant to you. We will also be pausing our comms at peak times and bank holidays throughout the year to help ease pressure and help you take a well deserved break.
