Rochdale: Blood Glucose Testing Product Formulary Change

Northern Care Alliance (NCA) footprint have been working with Greater Manchester Integrated Care to review formulary choices, and to ensure they are in line with the NHS England guidance.

Following the work changes have been made to the formulary for Heywood Middleton and Rochdale.
