Annual Complaints Report: Send to NHS GM

Each pharmacy contractor must prepare an annual complaints report for each year, ending 31st March. A copy of the report must be sent a copy to NHS GM gmhscp.gmtop@nhs.net as soon as reasonably practicable after the end of the year to which the report relates.
