This scheme has been set up to support vulnerable people to make home upgrades to help lower energy bills and boost health and wellbeing.

Cold homes can be harmful to health, potentially causing serious long-term health conditions or making symptoms worse for those already affected. NHS professionals can refer suitable patients directly into the scheme.
