How to register for Vaccination Services 

COVID-19 and Adult Flu Vaccinations – Register by 11:59pm on 31st July to receive vaccine supply in time for service commencement 

• From 1st April 2026 onwards, you must use the NHS Business Service Authority’s (NHSBSA) Manage Your Service (MYS) portal to register to provide the service.
• If you have registered to provide COVID-19 vaccinations and adult flu vaccinations for the spring 2026 campaign and have not subsequently deregistered, your details will be automatically registered on MYS for the autumn/winter campaign.
• If you only want to provide COVID-19 vaccinations and adult flu vaccinations from the autumn 2026 campaign, you must register via MYS by 11.59pm on 31st July 2026 to receive supplies of COVID-19 vaccines ahead of the anticipated autumn 2026 service commencement date.
• You can register after 31st July 2026; however, it is not guaranteed you will receive COVID-19 vaccine in time for the COVID-19 vaccination commencement date.
• The final deadline to register to provide COVID-19 vaccinations in 2026/27 is 11.59pm on 30th November 2026.

Adult Flu Vaccinations Only – Register by 11:59pm on 30th November 

• If you want to provide only adult flu vaccinations, you will be able to register from 1st April 2026 on MYS.
• The deadline to register to provide adult flu vaccinations for the 2026/27 campaign on MYS is 11:59pm on 30th November 2026.
• If you do not register by this date, they will not be able to provide the service in the 2026/27 season.
• You must not administer vaccines until you have registered to provide the service, as you will not be eligible for payment for vaccines administered prior to service registration.
