Pharmacy First – Increased number of minimum consultations required from May

From May 2024, you need to complete at least 10 clinical pathway consultations in order to receive the £1000 fixed payment.

Only clinical pathway consultations that cross the gateway point and reach an outcome set out in the pathway (without onward referral to another pharmacy), will count towards meeting the monthly minimum number.

For the months that follow this minimum number will increase gradually as shown in the table below.
