Additional information

A project is being carried out in Greater Manchester to help understand if contacting community pharmacies by email and telephone with different messages encourages pharmacies to register with the toolkit. The emails and telephone script have been developed with behavioural insights considerations. The aim is to compare two different messages and compare to control (no email or telephone call). As well as collect any reasons why pharmacies might decide not to register.

What should pharmacies expect?

Some community pharmacies in Greater Manchester will receive an email and telephone call about the RPS Greener Pharmacy Toolkit whilst other pharmacies will not be contacted to enable comparisons to be made.

What do pharmacies need to do?

It is the pharmacies decision whether to register with the RPS Greener Pharmacy Toolkit or not. This is same for pharmacies that are contacted and pharmacies that are not contacted.
