Stroke and Transient Ischaemic Attack: New toolkit and e-learning

To help pharmacy teams recognise risk, respond confidently and improve patient outcomes in relation to Strokes and Transient Ischaemic Attacks, the NHS Greater Manchester  Neuro-Rehabilitation and Integrated Stroke Delivery Network have published some e-learning and a new toolkit.
