Update Your NHS Profile Manager by 30th June 2025

All pharmacy contractors must ensure their NHS Profile Manager information is accurate and up to date by 30th June 2025 – this is a contractual requirement.
NHS Profile Manager now includes a new and improved list of facilities, to help patients find clearer and more relevant information about your pharmacy.
What do you need to do:
Sign in to NHS Profile Manager > Go to the Facilities section > Select your options from the new list > Save your changes
Your updated facilities will replace your previous selections on both your NHS Profile Manager and NHS website profile.
Don’t leave it until the last minute. Completing this update by the deadline ensures you remain compliant and visible to patients.
