PharmOutcomes

PharmOutcomes is a web-based system which helps community pharmacy teams provide services more effectively and makes it easier for commissioners to audit and manage these services.

By collating information on clinical services, it allows local and national level analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of commissioned services, helping to improve the evidence base for community pharmacy services.

PharmOutcomes Contraception Service – Improved Visibility of Supply Template Links

To support service providers, PharmOutcomes have made changes to the Contraception Service to ensure that links to the medicine supply templates are more visible once a patient is registered and the registration template is saved.

They have created a simple guide that explains these improvements and outlines the process for recording a service provision, click to access the guide.

Please note: there is no change to the actual process, the only update is that the links to the supply templates are now more prominent and easier to access.
